What "at cost" means

A transparent infrastructure breakdown

A dedicated, isolated COSMOS deployment runs on the AWS services below. These are indicative monthly figures for an early-stage tenant — your actual cost is the AWS bill for your environment, which we pass through at cost in year one.

In year one

No licence fee. No seat fee. No lock-in.

You get the full platform — configurable monitoring, customer risk scoring, alerts and case management, per-tenant encryption and the developer API — for the cost of running it. Before year one ends we'll agree fair, standard pricing together, and early partners keep preferential rates.

Why at cost, and not free?

Running a dedicated, encrypted, isolated compliance environment has a real infrastructure cost. We don't add a margin on top in year one — you pay AWS's bill for your environment, and nothing more.

How do I join?

The programme opens in stages. Join the watchlist and we'll email you when we're ready to take on your team — we onboard a small number of partners at a time.

What happens after year one?

We'll agree standard pricing with you before it ends — no surprise switch-on. Early partners keep preferential rates for the life of their account.

Is my data isolated from other tenants?

Yes. Every tenant gets its own encryption key and row-level isolation in the database. That dedicated infrastructure is exactly what the breakdown above pays for.
